Premier Bankcard is seeking a Digital Platform Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will translate processes into system requirements for IT teams and help deliver MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms.

This role focuses on optimizing digital capabilities and aligning technology with business transformation goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, develop user stories, tests, and documentation, and support training and rollout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, IT or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or functional consultant within a Pega environment.
• Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) preferred; CSA or CSSA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into system specifications.
• Develop and document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital platform roadmap with business objectives.
• Build, test, and deploy MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Support testing, training, and user readiness activities.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide clear documentation and presentations to stakeholders.
