Job summary

PCBB is seeking a Payments Business Analyst to support our Operations team by applying structured analytical skills in software development and operational processes. You will elicit and document requirements, research payment processes, and partner with Technology and Project teams to ensure effective delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong business analysis background with an understanding of payment systems. Responsibilities include documenting requirements and facilitating stakeholder sessions. 6+ years of experience in banking is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of payment systems and processing.
