Job summary

EY is seeking a SDC Business Systems Analyst for Banking Platforms in Dallas or Alpharetta. You will support banking technology transformation across core banking, digital banking, payments, and onboarding, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and assisting with integration and testing under guidance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a relevant field, 1+ year of business/systems analysis, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology consulting, software delivery, data analysis, quality assurance, or a related role.
• Foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to document requirements, workflows, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and supporting analysis artifacts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, fit-gap discussions, and platform demonstrations.
• Support platform implementations, core modernization, migrations, and testing activities.
