CNS Healthcare is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team in Michigan. You will mentor individuals with serious mental illness, support recovery goals, and promote community inclusion through shared lived experience.

You will participate in team meetings, document care activities, and assist with transportation and advocacy efforts, while pursuing CPSS certification within one year. A strong commitment to compassionate, person-centered care is essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Meet eligibility for Michigan CPSS certification within one year.
• Primary diagnosis of a mental health condition and lived recovery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and community participation.
• Attend team meetings and complete supervisor assignments.
• Promote self-determination and participate in PCP processes.
• Document progress notes and NOMs in accordance with CNS policy.
• Provide transportation assistance and advocacy support as needed.
