Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in clubhouse settings desirable.
• Completion of Peer Specialist Training within one year of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide peer support, linkage and advocacy to adults in the community.
• Transport or accompany consumers to appointments and resources as identified in the person-centered plan.
• Assist clients with housing, benefits and employment needs.
• Support development of a personal recovery plan and social engagement.
• Maintain progress and chart notes within 48 business hours of service delivery.
