Qualifications

• NC Certified Peer Support Specialist Certification.
• Experience with people with SMI and families or guardians.
• Knowledge of community services and supported housing.

Responsibilities

• Assess interest in supported housing and tenancy rights.
• Explain benefits and financial aspects of community settings including housing.
• Provide linkages to ongoing peer support services and Medicaid-related resources.
