Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. is seeking a Peer Support Specialist for Off-Site work in Rockingham County.

You bring lived experience with mental health challenges or substance use and provide consumer education, advocacy, self-help skills, and WRAP planning under indirect supervision to empower clients. You will assist housing stability, education/employment goals, relapse prevention, and build peer networks while collaborating with professionals and families.

Qualifikationen

• Lived experience with mental illness or substance use; recovery is essential.
• High school diploma or GED required; five years of recovery experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide consumer education and advocacy to clients.
• Deliver self-help skills, WRAP planning and pre-crisis support.
• Assist housing stability and independent living skills development.
• Support education/employment goals and connect with services.
• Collaborate with professionals and families; manage crisis planning.
• Maintain ~75% time in billable direct service per week.
