Job summary

HopeLink Behavioral Health seeks a Program Manager of Peer Services to supervise Peer Support Specialists and Be Well program staff across Loudoun and Arlington. You will ensure program quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient workforce deployment within available resources.

You will liaison with CSBs, monitor service utilization, and manage training, performance appraisals, and reporting to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience; lived experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field with significant experience.
• QMHP and Registered Peer Recovery Specialist required.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, administrative, and managerial supervision to Peer Staff.
• Oversee peer programs and ensure policy compliance and productivity.
• Determine staffing needs and supervise hiring/termination.
• Serve as liaison with CSBs and coordinate reporting.
• Ensure quality audits and documentation in records.
• Train staff and conduct trainings for peer staff.
