Job summary

Loudoun County Government is seeking a Program Manager for Case Management in the Child and Family Services line. The role provides leadership for the MHSADS case management team, including Wraparound and CSA services, with a focus on collaboration with families and community partners.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in a behavioral health field and holds Virginia independent licensure, plus at least five years of related leadership experience in child and family services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible behavioral health experience, including work with children/adolescents at risk of serious emotional disturbance or mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Child and Family Case Management, Wraparound, and CSA services with administrative, clinical, and operational leadership.
• Supervise clinical staff, provide clinical supervision for licensure hours, and promote evidence-based practices.
• Develop collaborative relationships with local, regional, and state partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance, quality improvement initiatives, contract compliance, and data collection.
• Manage staff performance, provide feedback, complete appraisals, and ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct community education/outreach to raise awareness of programs and benefits.
• May perform other essential job functions as assigned.
