Job summary

Loudoun County Government's ACCESS program seeks a Team Coordinator to lead clinical services in a fast-growing community. You will supervise staff, ensure care coordination, and oversee program delivery with a focus on recovery-oriented supports.

The role requires a Master's degree and licensure, two years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and bilingual skills to serve diverse populations in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field eligible for professional licensure.
• Active professional licensure in the assigned program area as required by VA Code.
• Two (2) years of professional experience with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, oversight and delivery of program service areas.
• Markets program services to the community; maintains program records; analyzes program success; oversees clinical contract services.
• Approves diagnostic evaluations, screenings to ascertain risk level and comprehensive assessments to determine intervention needs.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff and may supervise Residents or supervisees toward licensure.
• Ensures effective use of evidence-based or evidence-informed interventions and conducts quality assurance reviews.
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to staff daily.
