Job summary

Foundation for Recovery seeks a Program Manager for its Henderson Satellite Office to lead day-to-day management, delivery, and growth of peer-led recovery support services at the Henderson Detention Center and the Henderson office. You will supervise peer staff, manage operations, and build partnerships to support transitions from incarceration into long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related area (required).
• Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor by Nevada Certification Board.
• Certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Minimum of 2 years managing nonprofit or community-based programs.
• Experience supervising staff, interns, or volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and mentor peer staff and interns at Henderson Satellite Office.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support per the peer-led service model.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development of staff.
• Develop and manage Henderson office program schedule and activities.
• Manage office inventory and space organization.
• Ensure a welcoming, recovery-focused environment for participants and staff.
• Provide individual peer recovery support to incarcerated individuals and office participants.
• Facilitate peer support groups using trauma-informed practices.
• Assist in developing recovery goals and navigating barriers to recovery.
• Connect participants leaving incarceration to housing, treatment, and workforce resources.
• Manage data collection, tracking, and reporting for Henderson programs.
• Prepare program reports for internal review, funders, and partners.
• Identify trends and opportunities for program improvement with leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
• Represent Foundation for Recovery at meetings and outreach events.
• Develop referral pathways and collaborative partnerships in Henderson.
