Job summary

Pathways Inc. is seeking a full-time Peer Support Supervisor in Mount Sterling, KY. You will lead peer sessions, share recovery experiences, and support individuals in the recovery process within the TAYLRD Drop-In Center.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, lived experience with SUD/MH, and a valid Youth Peer Support Specialist credential or training. You will collaborate across systems and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and ability to supervise a team.
• Lived experience with substance use disorder and/or mental health.
• Certification as a Youth Peer Support Specialist (PSS) or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Provide Peer Support Services by sharing lived experience and advocating for those in recovery.
• Oversee the TAYLRD Drop-In Center during operational hours.
• Provide direct supervision to other Pathways staff.
• Conduct outreach and collaborate with systems to strengthen services.
• Adhere to Pathways policies and relevant Kentucky regulations.
