Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Certified Recovery Specialist to provide recovery-oriented peer support within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs.

This role uses lived experience to help clients build connections to community resources and maintain engagement through the treatment continuum. The position supports the treatment team, coordinates with referral sources, and ensures accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• This role is designated as billable and requires documented billable services where required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPRS certification is required.
• One year of direct peer support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support services using lived experience to support client recovery and engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support care and recovery planning.
• Assist clients in connecting with community resources and ongoing supports.
• Maintain timely documentation of client and collateral contacts.
• Participate in peer record review and quality assurance activities.
