Telecare Corporation in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Peer Recovery Educator to develop and lead a monthly calendar of recovery education classes and activities, reinforcing the Telecare RCCS culture. You’ll plan, deliver, and maintain engaging programs for adults with behavioral health challenges, coordinating with Kern Youth Family Resource Center.

Responsibilities include promoting recovery-focused services, facilitating learning, and ensuring safety and compliance during sessions.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, deliver, and maintain a robust recovery education monthly calendar of classes and activities.
• Promote Telecare's Recovery Culture as defined by RCCS and integrate service delivery with client preferences.
• Lead and facilitate adult learning sessions for individuals with behavioral health challenges.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and coordination with transportation for client outings as needed.
