Telecare Corporation is seeking a Peer Recovery Educator to plan, develop, and run a monthly recovery education calendar, promoting the Telecare Recovery Culture within clinical services and self-help programming.

You will deliver engaging classes, coordinate with teams and support individuals with behavioral health challenges across assigned shifts in Bakersfield, CA. A valid California certification and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Certification and licensure as required by California for peer support work.
• Experience teaching or facilitating adult learning.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver a monthly calendar of recovery education classes and activities.
• Promote Telecare's Recovery Culture in services and self-help programming.
• Engage clients and coordinate with teams to support recovery goals.
