Telecare Corporation seeks a Peer Recovery Coach I to engage, inspire, and facilitate conversations that help members explore and meet their own recovery goals within Telecare’s RCCS framework.

You will support the care team, reinforce recovery culture, and respond to emergencies using de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, least restrictive environment for clients in our California programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• California: Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification through CalMHSA must be provided and verified prior to start date.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and facilitate meaningful conversations to help members explore and meet recovery goals.
• Provide consultation to the team to promote Telecare's Recovery Culture (RCCS).
• Respond to critical situations with de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment.
