Job summary

Telecare's PACT program in Tukwila, WA seeks a Certified Peer Support Specialist to engage and empower individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.

As a Peer Recovery Coach I, you will facilitate recovery conversations, advise the care team on RCCS, and respond to crises with de‑escalation skills. Shifts are Tue–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, with starting wages around $21.65–$22.52/hour and eligibility for pay differentials up to $26.36/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Peer Certification must be obtained prior to hire and maintained throughout employment.
• One year or part-time equivalent of experience supporting members with behavioral health challenges.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance in your name.
• Willingness to use personal or company vehicle to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage and facilitate conversations to support members in exploring and meeting recovery goals.
• Provide consultation to the team to promote Recovery Culture and RCCS.
• Respond to critical situations with de-escalation skills to maintain a least restrictive environment.

Education
