Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and certification from the State of Washington Peer Counselor Training Program. The position offers a starting wage range of $18.69 – $22.52, depending on experience.

Formación

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance required.
• One year of experience supporting members with behavioral health challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and facilitate conversations with members to meet recovery goals.
• Provide consultation to promote Telecare's Recovery Culture.
• Respond to critical situations with de-escalation skills.
