Starting wage ranges from $18.69 to $22.52 per hour, with range up to $26.36. Geographic differentials apply. A valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPC credential through Washington HCA must be completed before hire.
• One year or part-time equivalent experience helping members with behavioral health challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups.
• Willingness to use Telecare or personal vehicle for meetings and transport.

Responsibilities

• Engage and facilitate conversations to help members explore and meet recovery goals.
• Provide consultation to the team to promote the Recovery Culture and RCCS.
• Respond to crises with de‑escalation skills to maintain a least restrictive environment.

Education
