Job summary

Copa Health in Arizona is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach to mentor and support members on their recovery journey. This role leverages lived experience to advocate for personalized services and to help participants access community resources and educational opportunities.

You will work 80% in the field, building strong relationships with clients and partners while ensuring adherence to CARF, contract, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with High School Diploma/GED.
• Peer Support Certification (or complete within 90 days).
• Lived Experience meeting AHCCCS Peer Support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support others using personal recovery experience.
• Advocate for comprehensive, individualized services for participants.
• Assist with community resource access and vocational/educational opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with CARF, contract, and regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
