Job summary

Antioch University is seeking Peer Mentors to support students on the Seattle campus. The role entails 3-5 hours per week of mentoring, with flexibility for remote interactions. Number of Positions: 8 - Peer Mentors serve students who apply for mentoring from the Seattle campus.

Hours per Week: 3-5 hours/wk needed = 3-5 hrs/1 student or 24-40 hrs/8 students

Percentage of time that could be remote (0-100%): 65-70% - Mentoring student mentees that have the option of mentoring remotely or in-person.

Method to assess remote work: I meet with the Peer Mentors monthly and engage via email with them a minimum of every two weeks.
