Graduate School of Leadership and Change | Antioch University is seeking Peer Mentors for the Seattle campus starting 7/1/2026. This role allows for remote work up to 70% and involves meeting with students, planning events, and assisting the Student Services office.
The ideal candidate will have at least a year in their degree program at Antioch Seattle and a service-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and previous mentoring experience are desired.

Number of Positions: 8 – Peer Mentors serve students who apply for mentoring from the Seattle campus.
Hours per Week: 3-5 hours/wk (3-5 hrs per student or 24-40 hrs for 8 students).
