Job summary

Antioch University Seattle is seeking a part-time work-study student to support Undergraduate Studies with a range of admin tasks. The role offers 20 hours per week with 80–90% remote time and evening work options. Start date is 8/1/2026 and end date 6/30/2027, with supervision by Sara Beth Lohre.

Remote check-ins and weekly meetings are part of the duties. The position requires strong written communication, organization, and independence.

Qualifications

Strong written communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, website platforms, or similar technology.

Responsibilities

Support Undergraduate Program and faculty with projects (10–12 hours/week).
Send reminders to faculty regarding administrative needs and updated syllabi submissions.
Post announcements, events, syllabi, and updates to undergraduate website or learning systems.
Maintain and update undergraduate website content as needed.
Assist with organizing and archiving digital program materials and department resources.
Help manage undergraduate program email communications and announcements.
Create flyers and promotional materials for undergraduate events and initiatives.
Assist with outreach materials for MA Pathways and related communications.
Coordinate classroom reservations and scheduling with faculty and departments.
Support student engagement and outreach activities for undergraduate programming.
Create campus events for students and assist with commencement pre-planning.
