Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants must be a current or past consumer of mental health services; experience facilitating groups is a plus.
• Ability to adhere to TRR guidelines and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual clinical sessions to clients in clinic or community.
• Facilitate peer-led groups on topics such as crisis management and understanding mental illness.
• Engage clients and orient them to clinical treatment; document services by close of next business day.
• Participate in supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings; provide treatment feedback.
