Job summary

Metrocare Services in North Texas seeks a School Based Youth Clinical Case Manager II to provide psychosocial/rehabilitative services to children and families in school, home, or community settings. You will assess needs, set goals, and link families to resources, with 60–70% face-to-face delivery and some virtual sessions.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, collaboration with schools, and crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1+ years’ MH/MR experience or Master’s with 0–2 years’ experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed services preferred (e.g., Seeking Safety, IMR, MI).
• Valid driver license; ability to obtain Texas license if currently licensed elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial/rehabilitative services to children/adolescents and families.
• Assess clinical needs, set measurable goals, and coordinate referrals/advocacy.
• Deliver face-to-face or video/phone services in school, home, or community.
• Facilitate groups for students, families, and facility staff; crisis intervention as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate psychiatric evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
