The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, measurable goals, crisis intervention, and coordination of referrals, with 60-70% face-to-face or virtual contact. Join a mission-driven team with robust benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1+ years’ MH/MR experience.
• Master’s degree with 0–2 years’ human services experience.
• Experience with trauma-informed services preferred (Seeking Safety, IMR, MI).

Mansioni

• Provide direct intervention and clinical services in school-based settings.
• Facilitate educational groups for facility, parents, and students.
• Crisis intervention as needed.
• Conduct individual skills sessions during school or after school.
• Coordinate scheduling of telephone and virtual psychiatric evaluations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
