Qualifications include a Masters in Psychology or Social Work and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Travel between sites and a valid driver's license may be required; strong communication and teamwork are

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Familiarity with clinical records and documentation workflows.

Responsabilités

• Attends treatment team staffings and promotes psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Provides individual and small group training in living skills.
• Coordinates services within the Agency and with community providers.
• Maintains confidentiality and documents services in the EHR within 24 hours.
• Responds to crisis situations and participates in on-call duties.
