Metrocare Services is seeking a School Based Youth Clinical Case Manager II to deliver psychosocial/rehabilitative services to children and families in school, home, or community settings in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, accountable care with face-to-face and virtual modalities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services and relevant MH/MR experience; trauma-informed approaches and strong collaboration with ISDs are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1+ years’ experience in MH/MR or related field.
• Master’s degree with 0–2 years’ experience in human services.
• Trauma-informed services experience preferred (e.g., Seeking Safety, IMR, MI).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct intervention and clinical services in school-based settings.
• Facilitate educational groups for students, parents, and staff.
• Conduct crisis intervention as needed in school contexts.
• Offer individual skills sessions during or after school hours.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals for psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
