Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the OR, focusing on pediatrics, in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN role offers self-scheduling and flexible shifts, with a base pay of $48–$52 per hour based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of OR (Peds) experience, Ohio RN license, and BSN or in progress, plus BLS/ACLS; PALS and CNOR are a plus. W2 employment and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Current BLS; ACLS required; PALS preferred; CNOR preferred.
• Background screening and onboarding requirements must be passed.

Responsibilities

• The OR RN provides nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room, performs assessments and interventions to keep patients safe during surgery, and supports the plan of care with the physician.
