Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support for the Pediatric Residency Program (40%).
• Coordinates resident recruitment, interviews, applicant communications, and selection activities (40%).
• Administers the Pediatric Visiting Medical Student Program through VSLO (15%).
• Supports record management, website maintenance, events, communications, inventory, and special projects (5%).
