Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Business Development Manager / Physician Liaison to drive referral growth across Indiana. You will build strong relationships with local providers and execute targeted outreach to expand our clinic network and improve patient access.

This role requires travel throughout the region and collaboration with Operations and Marketing. You’ll promote services to physicians, clinics, and community partners, document activities in Salesforce, analyze referral trends, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of healthcare sales or provider outreach experience.
• Strong communication skills with physicians and clinical staff.
• Comfortable with medical terminology and clinical settings.
• Proficient in networking, public speaking, and relationship building.
• Willing to attend evening or weekend events as needed.
• Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proven track record of meeting goals in fast-paced roles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the company’s value and services to healthcare providers and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers in assigned zip code territories.
• Document minimum of 50 in-person interactions weekly in Salesforce.
• Analyze referral trends to guide outreach and boost referrals.
• Provide weekly snapshot reports to Sales and Operations leadership.
• Meet regularly with Operations to align goals and insights.
• Support clinic growth by expanding referral networks and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support clinic goals with referral sources.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and communities.
• Assist launching and promoting new clinic locations.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals and submit reports on time.
