RWJBarnabas Health’s West Park Pediatrics in Ocean Township, NJ is seeking a Practice Manager/Administrator to oversee daily operations, staff management, scheduling, budgeting and performance improvement in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree, 3+ years of healthcare management, Epic EHR experience and strong communication. Travel between Manalapan, Ocean, Lakewood and other sites is expected; salary range is $83,156–$117,458 per year.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of management experience in a primary care or specialty setting.
• Must be well versed in inter-disciplinary practice environments with knowledge in patient registration, billing, front-end staffing and scheduling.
• Demonstrated experience using Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with reporting and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned practice sites.
• Manage staff, scheduling and budgets to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and internal stakeholders to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with Regional and Quality departments to standardize best practices.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and patient flow across sites.
• Travel between practice locations as needed.
