The role emphasizes prioritizing patient flow, supervising staff, and coordinating with providers to maintain efficient, compliant service delivery.

You will guide billing support, manage third-party payors, and maintain PHI compliance while building strong relationships with patients and colleagues across the practice.

Formación

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relate effectively with a wide variety of people and prioritize work.
• Computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Prefer knowledge of medical terminology and third party reimbursement rules.
• Understanding CPT and ICD-10 coding is required.
