University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland seeks an experienced leader to coordinate and oversee the UH Select program, guiding clinicians and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care.

The role involves managing operations across Cleveland practices, ensuring compliance, staff training, and strong partnerships with hospital leadership to drive service excellence and patient safety.

Responsabilidades

• Co-ordinates all aspects of UH Select program and addresses members and physicians’ needs.
• Assess and address patient care needs with age-appropriate competencies.
• Provide medical assistant coverage for Cleveland-based practices.
• Manage day-to-day activity of UH Select Cleveland practices (databases, supplies, test results, refills, EMR maintenance, scheduling).
• Provide daytime call coverage for program access line.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to improve patient experiences and care outcomes.
• Act as leader in Supervisor’s absence.
• Oversee organization and administration of clinical practice and patient care delivery.
• Staffing responsibility for UH Select practices.
• Create orientation and onboarding processes and annual training for UH Select staff.
• Build partnerships with organizational leaders to meet goals.
• Ensure clinical practice standards meet regulations and accrediting bodies.
• Develop and implement quality improvement and staff engagement programs.
• Participate in professional development and growth of the clinical team.
• Maintain PHI security and comply with UH policies.
