Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience required.
  • Four years of related experience preferred and beneficial.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data sets and summarize findings for leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with staff, providers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee pediatric clinical practice operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient experiences.
  • Coordinate policy implementation, scheduling, supply management, and staffing to meet operational goals.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance, HR processes, and incident documentation.
  • Lead cross-site collaboration with CU/NYP/Cornell network staff and providers.
  • Mentor staff and support performance reviews while maintaining a positive work culture.
