The role collaborates with clinical leadership to implement strategic initiatives and deliver services across sites within the CUIMC network.

The position involves supervising operations, staffing optimization, supply management, and Revenue Cycle processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience required.
• Four years of related experience preferred and beneficial.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data sets and summarize findings for leadership.
• Strong communication skills with staff, providers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pediatric clinical practice operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient experiences.
• Coordinate policy implementation, scheduling, supply management, and staffing to meet operational goals.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, HR processes, and incident documentation.
• Lead cross-site collaboration with CU/NYP/Cornell network staff and providers.
• Mentor staff and support performance reviews while maintaining a positive work culture.
