Job summary

OrthoCarolina Pediatrics seeks a Practice Administrator to direct staff and operations at our pediatrics practice location in Charlotte. The role oversees daily operations and coordinates schedules to maximize practice potential.

The administrator will implement clinic policies aligned with the organization’s mission and values, communicate with physicians for patient service and workflow, and collaborate with on-site managers to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health/business administration preferred.
• 7 years of medical office management experience will be considered.
• At least two years of management experience.
• A minimum of two years of health care industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations at the Practice site and coordinates work activities and schedules to maximize total Practice potential.
• Administers clinic policies and procedures in a consistent and timely manner and is consistent with OrthoCarolina's mission, vision, and values.
• Communicates with physicians to ensure excellent patient service and workflow.
• Works efficiently with other Practice Managers or Operations Managers within site.
