Job summary

Senders Pediatrics is a growing independent pediatric practice seeking a dynamic Patient Service Representative to join the Patient Support Department. The role involves greeting and registering patients, triaging calls, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance information, and updating the EMR to support operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, with strong

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Electronic Medical Record scheduling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; register and triage as needed.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and relay messages efficiently.
• Collect insurance cards and co-pays at registration.
• Enter and update patient information in the EMR.
• Route faxes, mail, and packages; maintain neat reception area.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
