Patient Service Representative serves as a first line of response for patients and patient families; greets and registers patients, answers and triages incoming calls, schedules patients and performs additional administrative duties that support operational efficiency of the Patient Support Department.
We are open 7 days a week; Mondays and Thursdays 8:00am-6:00pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (8:00am - 8:00pm), Fridays from 8:00am -4:30pm and 9:00am -12:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Schedule may include one (1) late night closing shift per week as well as a weekend rotation.
