Job summary

Advocate Health’s AMG Lombard facility is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join the Pediatrics team in Naperville. You’ll support providers, schedule appointments, handle registration and billing, and help ensure a compassionate, efficient patient experience.

In this full-time role, you’ll work M-F 7:45–5:00 with occasional late hours and one or two Saturdays per month, and may travel to the Downers Grove site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: M-F 7:45-5:00 with 1 or 2 late night hours until 7:00PM and 1 or 2 Saturdays per month.
• As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you’ll support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience daily.
• Patient Services: provide efficient, high-quality service to patients for appointments, tests, billing, referrals and information.
