Job summary

Advocate Medical Group (AMG) Lake Barrington and Crystal Lake Pediatric clinics are hiring a part-time Patient Service Representative to support scheduling, registration and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years related customer service experience sought.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patient Services: deliver efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or requesting information.
• Billing Services: ensure accurate entry of billing information at time of service and follow-up on missing data.
• Medical Record Services: maintain accurate and timely medical records in the practice system.
