Responsibilities include answering calls, documenting inquiries in the EHR, and providing coverage at other ProHealth locations as needed. The role offers full-time hours and a supportive team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer calls and document patient inquiries in the EHR.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.
• Balance payments and prepare deposits.
• Maintain demographic information in the EHR.
• Protect patient confidentiality and data privacy.
• Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations as needed.
• Scan documents into the EHR per protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
