Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients, determines their needs and directs accordingly.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments and provides information per center policies.
• Maintains orderly reception area and ensures accurate patient sign-in and chart preparation.
• Updates scheduler system and records no-shows or changes to appointments.
• Assists with translation and uses the electronic health record system for patient data entry.
