Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• ACGME certification as a program coordinator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates accreditation site visits.
• Maintains and updates reports for ACGME, ABIM, Baylor GME.
• Oversees fellowship records, scheduling, and rotations.
• Coordinates interviews and applicant communications.
• Supports fellowship recruitment and learner evaluations.
• Provides administrative support to program directors and fellows.
