• Coordinates accreditation site visits and related documentation.
• Maintains web resources and submits reports for ACGME, ABIM, Baylor GME.
• Oversees GME Track, MedHub, ERAS, NRMP, and program reports.
• Maintains fellowship manuals and coordinates interview processes.
• Compiles in-training exam data and distributes reports.
• Manages fellow appointments and credentialing verification.
• Supports poster presentations and monitors trainee rotations.
• Assists with recruitment and coordinates educational activities.
