Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with CNRC Postdoctoral Fellowship recruitment, correspondence, and onboarding of new postdocs.
• Schedule postdoc seminars and related activities, coordinate presenters and attendees, assist during seminars, and track attendance.
• Maintain postdoc records including tracking incoming/outgoing postdocs and documenting training compliance.
• Maintain postdoc program administrative calendar and update CNRC Postdoc Fellowship Webpages.
• Assist Program director in conducting surveys and compiling postdoc outcome reports.
• Prepare and process purchasing orders of equipment and supplies using SRM and Concur.
• Maintain spreadsheets for faculty lab orders and reimbursements, and related records.
• Manage domestic and international travel in Concur, generate travel approvals and reimbursements.
• Compose formal and informal correspondence for faculty including presentations.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for faculty.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
