Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience with medical students and/or resident physicians.
• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience in clinical education or academic medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the assigned clerkship.
• Oversee curriculum alignment with national standards and osteopathic principles; monitor outcomes.
• Mentor learners; address student concerns and support career development.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop adjunct faculty; ensure site supervision quality.
• Engage with hospitals, clinics, and professional networks to advance the program.
