Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of administrative, program coordination or higher education experience.
• Qualifications may be substituted with an Associate degree + 3 years or a Bachelor’s degree + 1 year.
• Experience with educational management systems and scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of the clerkship program.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute rotation schedules, call schedules, orientation materials, and calendars.
• Coordinate student assignments to clinical teams and sites.
• Ensure onboarding information and site-specific documentation is provided.
• Maintain accurate student records and educational documentation.
• Manage evaluations, grading support, and exam processes as assigned.
• Prepare reports and assist with ERAS/residency letters as needed.
