Henderson Group in Northeastern Oregon is seeking a compassionate Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team of 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner in a rural community. This outpatient clinic offers a predictable 4-day work week with on-site support and integrated behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible).
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive pediatric services in outpatient clinic.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated staff support.
• Participate in a 1:4 shared physician call rotation.
• Use EPIC EHR with on-site scribes for 15+ patient days.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, labs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in the community.
