Qualifications

• 4-hour shifts during weekdays with one 12-hour rotating weekend per month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operational activities and staffing.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentor staff.
• Ensure quality patient care and safety on assigned shift.
• Document scheduling, staffing, and quality indicators in real time.
• Communicate with leadership and escalate issues as needed.
