Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor for its Urgent Care operations. The role leads nursing staff during evening shifts, coordinates patient flow, and supports leadership on quality and safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of nursing experience, 1+ year in a leadership role (pediatrics preferred), and an Arizona RN license with BLS. PALS/NRP and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operational activities and ensure quality family-centered care.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to match patient needs and staff competencies.
• Monitor unit environment and ensure supplies and equipment are available.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and support staff.
• Communicate shifts, throughput, and quality indicators to leadership.
• Promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement.
